With two parents in the field of education, it’s no surprise that my morning with the Love family involved a lot of hands on learning and a science experiment. First up was a pancake breakfast. I have to admit, I was totally impressed by how much Colgan actually let the twins help. Baby sister was still at the sleepy, quiet stage at only a few weeks old, so she mostly stayed cuddled in mom or dad’s arms. After filling their bellies, a baking soda volcano was up next (with a small break to play while the paint dried). All in all, it was a quiet winter morning and I’m so glad that they invited me in to be a part. Take a peek below.
